• A separate price for Kit Supply & Kit Erected

• External & internal wall panels

• Roof trusses

• Standard Regency doors (supply only items)

• Skirting & architrave (to be fitted by client)

• Hardwood stairs (where applicable)

• Plasterboard & insulation

• Felt & battens

• Timber fascia & soffit (where applicable)

  Figures quoted do not include for external windows & entrances

Note 2: The Builder is required to do the following:

• Foundations

• External finish i.e. block / brick work

• Tiles / Slates

• Plumbing & Electrical

• Sanitary Units i.e. Septic Tank

Client is responsible for:

• Electricity & Water

• Windows / Entrances

• Fireplace

• Kitchen / Bedroom
