A development of 228 homes, the development comprises a mix of house types, including two bedroom apartments, three bedroom duplex, semi-detached and detached bungalows and four bedroom semi-detached and detached homes. It enjoyed unprecedented demand when the first 59 homes there were sold off the plans in March 2001 in just half an hour.
